Go to https://enroll.berkeley.edu.ph/onlineadmission through your web browser.
Enter the student applicant’s details correctly and completely. Please double check all entries before proceeding to the next step.
Choose the level of For Preschool, Grade School, and Junior High School applicants, the target program, target curriculum, and year level should be the same.
For Senior High School applicants, kindly select the Preferred Strand in the Target Curriculum selection.
Kindly upload a clear photo or scanned copy of the Original PSA Birth certificate and the most recent report card of the student applicant with a JPEG, JPG, or PNG format.
At the end of the form, the applicant will be asked for an email and password which will serve as log-in details for the Student Portal.
Please check your email for the Verification Code.
If you did not receive an email:
a. Refresh your email inbox every 10 seconds.
b. Do not close the browser or leave the page until you receive the verification code.
c. Click Resend Code, then check your Email again.

You will be receiving an email with regards to the status of your application within 24 hours.
Upon the receipt of the confirmation email, you may now enter the Student Portal.
Note: To access the Student Portal, enter your email address as the username; and the password you have set in Step 2.4.

Log-in and update the following information: Blood type, Ethnic Affiliation. Tuition Fee Payor and Number of Siblings in School accurately before clicking save.

(2) Enrollment on the list on the left menu
(3) Online Enrollment task.
(4) Download List of Payment Plans to acquire the possible payment options for the grade level enrolled in.
Indicated in the downloaded file is the procedure for payment.
When payment has been made, the student will upload a picture file/screenshot of the deposit slip or transaction number or confirmation number or transaction reference. This may be done by clicking the Student tab (1), and then click centralized student info section (2), then clicking view centralized info (3), and lastly clicking the proof of payment tab (4).
To add proof of payment, click new (5).
Fill up the fields correctly and completely.
Transaction code: Please enter the most appropriate details in the transaction code. (Deposit slip number, transaction number, confirmation number or transaction reference)
File: please upload a photo either in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format.
After completing the form, click save (1)
After uploading your proof of payment, you may check if the cashier has encoded your payment by clicking the Verify Payments tab. You may also view the summary of payments made throughout the year in this tab.
